i made a claim on the 31st of July and they responded on the 1st of Aug. the claim was hassle-free, they are communicating with the client from the day they receive the claim. the claim was very smooth and exciting. i cant wait to receive my new phone. i will definitely recommend Naked to my friends as well. i am super excited😊
