I lost my phone on the 2nd of Feb and reported it to the police on the 3rd, reported to my service provider on the same day as well and submitted my claim. Received a response on the 3rd and my claim was approved on the 3rd, lovely hassle free service. I had all the supporting information, which also contributed to the smooth process.
