I lost my phone Friday afternoon and claimed Friday night, the responses were so quick and I loved that as I was already panicking and couldn't wait for too long. My claim was approved yesterday and today which is a Tuesday I'm sorted and waiting for my new phone to arrive, I have no complaints at all♥️
