I logged my claim using the app, information was requested and I submitted accordingly. The next day my claim was approved and to make things easier the rental process was handled by Naked. I only had to accept the car which was delivered to my workplace. It was just an easy process and I’m happy with my experience and the repair process! Way to go Naked!!!😀
