I have only been insured with Naked Insurance for approximately 4 months, and unfortunately, for me, I had to process a claim. Naked insurance resolved my claim within a month. They provided me with updates every second day and always kept me in the loop as to what is happening. Their response time on queries or questions is almost instantaneous. I would definitely insure with Naked Insurance again.
