I have had to claim for damage on my car with Naked. At first i was a bit worried as Naked Insure is relatively new, but the process was easy and efficient, and had it not been for delays on parts, my car would have been repaired in two weeks from the date of claim. I did have some complaints regarding how my car was fixed by the repairer, but my claims handler Erin was right on it sorting out any issue I had. She managed the whole process well and the assessor went to the panel beaters to address some of the concerns I had. At the end of the day my car was repaired correctly. They ensured I had a rental car at all times. I am a very happy customer. I will not hesitate to recommend naked insure to friends and family. Thank you Naked!
