I have been with Naked Insurance since 2019, and it has been a great experience. The onboarding process was simple, and the Naked app is a game-changer. I’ve had two claims, both handled with professionalism and care. I once needed assistance for a flat battery, and help arrived within 15 minutes through the app. Naked Insurance has transformed short-term insurance, with no hidden excesses or surprises when claiming. I feel valued and have peace of mind knowing my risks are covered. I'm a very satisfied client.
