I have been with Naked Insurance since 2019 and I have had my car written off once. The team at Naked were extremely supportive and helpful during that time. My claim was processed seamlessly within a month and I have had no problem with them ever since then. The staff is always happy to assist and support where possible. The best part is that everything is online which makes for a good paper trail if you need to go back and check and also if you don’t like taking phone calls.
