I have been with Naked insurance for over 2 years now, when I had my first claim, the process was smooth. The app makes it so easy too. You upload the accident pictures, assessment was done digitally and claim was approved same day. They take you through the next steps including arrangement of a rental car. In less than 2 weeks I got my car back. No back and forth. Though it looked like the parts can be repaired, they still paid for replacement of rear door, tail light and rear bumper. Overall, I am happy so far. Thank you Naked
