I have been with Naked Insurance for a few years and had my first incident that required a claim on my vehicle in January 2026. The claim process on the app was very easy. Sandile was the representative that assisted me over email. I would like to especially commend him on his excellent service. Dhireen Needhi was the assessor that assisted. I did struggle initially with him with this matter but he turned out to be exceptional and explained a lot that I did not know. Cheers to Sandile and Dhireen!
