I have been with Naked for over 5 years and dealing with them is truly paperless.Everything is concluded via the app, on email or on whatsapp. They are understanding and don't treat you like just a number. My latest experience with Phindile Mathonsi was excellent. She is patient and took time to fully understand complications linked to my claim.Overall an extremely professional experience with everyone who worked on the claim.This is my second claim with them and the previous treatment was on the same excellent level.They are fast and keep you informed throughout the process.You never have to follow up with them they are on it! If more companies can operate like this.Life would be a dream as a customer.
