I have been subjected to the awful experience and inconvenience of having my mobile phone ******. We are all fami**** with the dreaded situation of not only having lost a phone with alot of information on it but also the dreaded process of trying to fight the battle of claiming from your insurer. This was not the case with Naked. They were highly efficient, effective, understanding and friendly. My claim was paid out in no time at all and the process was smooth and seamless. As soon as I receive my new phone, I will not only guard it like a hawk but will also be immediately insuring it with Naked.
