I have always been told scary stories about insurance but i didn't even experience any issue with Naked. I got involved in an accident 5 days after buying my brand new car. I reported everything on the app and within few days my car was already allocated to a reputable repair near me. The panelbeater was struggling to get parts for my car but Naked updated me all the way, they followed up on my behalf and gave me feedback. I was hurt about crashing my first car but Naked support got me through it and i was stress free during the whole process. My car came back looking fresh like the first day i bought it.
