I had taken up insurance through Naked Insurance in March 2025. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident in September with my car being written off (first time having an accident since 2012). The Validator could have handled the process better as I felt that the questions and requests were a little too intrusive and sometimes felt accusatory, however the customer service team were truly amazing. Efficient, responsive, caring. Would definitely recommend. This would be a 5 start rating if the Validating process is tweaked/refined. Overall ot exceeded my expectations. Sandile is a star
