I had my first claim...windscreen claim a month after getting the insurance and the CIL was done timeously. The people I spoke to Khanyi I think it was was so helpful. Today I called in to double check on my cover regarding where I park at night as it was a worry that I did not specify that I park outside. Skye Searle was so kind and helpful and cheery on a Monday morning. I am very impressed so far
