I had an unfortunate incident on November 2024 whereby I was involved in a car accident. Truth be told, Naked Insurance came to my rescue as submitting my claim was easier than I thought. They were always in contact with me until the last day. I wish to submit my sincere gratitude to a lady called Lauren Mooney for being able to resolve a matter to the core. She has always been there from the beginning, even on arrangement and extension of a curtesy car until to the last call.
