I had a successful claim for my phone. Although I had a few questions about some of the terms, the agent, Luke Dawkins, was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating. He took the time to address all my concerns and made sure I was fully satisfied before the payout was processed. Overall, very happy with the service!
