I had a lovely individual assisting me named Tieho Mabula assist me with my first claim ever… if this is how the standard and service is at Naked insurance, I am absolutely happy with it. The responses are almost instant, they are very quick and with you at every step of the way in the claim, and always patient at that. They really provide all the support one can need, from submitting your claim, to the courtesy cars and the process of repairing your vechile, they are there and do most of the admin. What a smooth process. I HIGHLY recommend… value for money for real.
