I Had A Great Experience With Naked Insurance

I have been with Naked Insurance (household and vehicle) since 2020. I have never needed to claim, until recently when I was hit by a taxi while I was sitting at a red light. I got hold of Naked Insurance telephonically, and honestly they were amazing from start to finish. The gentlemen on the phone was very kind, sent a towtruck to assist me and asked if I needed any security or anything like that. They sent Sash Towing to assist me and was very professional in explaining to me how the process works from here onward.

I was able to call them on a Sunday the next day to officially start the process. By Monday I was dealing with Simonè from Naked Insurance and her service was outstanding. She assisted me with doing the claim via my app, and some things I could not complete on the app, she was able to assist by sending me manual pages to fill out and complete. All in all the process took about 2 weeks before it was resolved which is very fast and my claim was successful.

I can highly recommend Naked Insurance and I will definitely be using them on my next vehicle.
