I had a good experience with my first claim with Naked, the process of claiming was easy there was no need for long phone calls telling my story all was done through their app and email. There were no surprises things went how I had expected though it did take abit of time for me to get my car back but that’s understandable given the damage it had so overall I would say I had a good experience with my claim and also getting a good courtesy car 😄
