I had a geyser burst right before the long weekend

I had a geyser burst right before the long weekend. I was able to quickly log my claim on the app. Within an hour or so, the claim was approved and I was contacted by plumbers to arrange a time for installation. We did have a hiccup with the first set of contractors who could not supply the correct size geyser but even that was resolved with an hour or two. I have to say though, the highlight was dealing with their call centre agents, especially Luke, he was amazing to deal with. He continued to keep me up to date, he was responsive and understanding of my situation and truly kept to his word. He called when he promised to call and followed up with managers and contractors when I needed help. It was truly a pleasure dealing with the team.
