I had a claim with Naked and during the claim process I fell unwell

I had a claim with Naked and during the claim process I fell unwell. This dragged out my claim process. My sales consultant was Sandile. He was exceptionally helpful, patient and kind. He understood my situation and kept me up to date every step of the way. After getting the car assessed , it was unfortunately higher than what was initially assessed. Sandile communicated this effectively between me and the claims assessor. He was on the ball and got the refund done as quick as possible.
