I had a breakdown with my vehicle 03/07/2025. Contacted Naked insurance for tow truck service. The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The agent immediately wanted to know if i was in a safe place and whether I required security. The tow truck driver contacted me within 5 minutes and arrived shortly after the phone call. The agent from Naked contacted me a few times to establish whether the driver arrived and whether I am satisfied with the service. The tow truck driver was efficient, professional and friendly. Service delivery in cape town generally isn't good and this left me with hope that there are still companies out there who understand what service delivery means. Well done Naked. Keep up the excellent work. 1
