I got Naked and I am extremely happy!!

Naked Insurance is the way to go!!!! On the 19th of February at 19h00 I got into an accident, I hit a massive man hole which had no cover on. I pulled my car over, logged into the app and I recieved assistance straight away. Within seconds I recieved a call, a flat bed was sent to me almost immediately and I was even escorted home by a different vehicle all arranged by Naked. I submitted all relevant information eg pictures, police report, video of myself about the accident. My vehicle was assessed within 2 working days, damage has been approved on the 3rd working day. I even recieved a call as soon as I got home to find out how I was doing. This service is absolutely outstanding. The app is user friendly, the staff are phenomenal. Even though it is all through an app and email I do not have to wait long for a reply on every and all request I send through. If I could give more stars to Naked Insurance I truly would!!
