I got into an accident in August 2025 wherein I was hit from behind. I initially told naked insurance that I would claim from the 3rd party as the accident was not my fault. Naked insurance was happy with this and organised a tow truck immediately after phoning them and agreed to tow my car to my place of residence instead of the storage and assessment centre. Unfortunately the third party rejected my claim, and Naked adviced that I claim directly with them and they’d sort out everything. I sent my claim at around 10am in the morning on a Monday, the claim was approved at 6pm in the same day. Tsepiso, my claim handler from Naked, was very helpful in helping me get this sorted. Courtesy car was arranged two days later. The digital assessment sped up the whole claim process and intimately assisting Naked to appoint a panel beater. My experience so far has been amazing and very stressless.
