I filed for my windscreen claim on the 17 July 2025 through their online app and it was easy and effortless to submit the claim. And on the same day Christine folowed up and kept me updated throughout the process. Also I was updated on the excess fee which was needed to be paid to the glass fitment company and the following day they contacted me to arrange fitment date, time, place and the excess fee. On Monday 21 July 2025 my windscreen was fitted at the comfort of my own home as the company does onsite fitment.
