I would like to take this opportunity to thank whomever it was that helped me! Unfortunately I cannot remember your name due to the panic situation I was in.

My vehicle broke down and I was stranded and not quite sure what to do. I opened up the Naked Insurance app and at first I could not find out where the request a tow truck option was. But I eventually calmed myself down and found the button/tab for it. I was then contacted by Naked Insurance via telephone and all my details were taken. And I was told that a tow service will be in touch with me in a few minutes. A tow service did get in touch with me after a few minutes and told me that the tow truck will take about 30 minutes to arrive. I waited, and during this 30 minutes ordeal Naked Insurance was constantly in touch with me calling me to find out if I'm alright and keeping me up to date on the tow service. I felt protected, secure and well taken care off.
