I don’t usually leave reviews, but I simply had to make an exception for Naked Insurance. From the moment my claim process began, I felt seen, supported, and truly taken care of. Erin and the entire team have been nothing short of angels on earth. Their responsiveness, empathy, and professionalism were evident in every single interaction — no long waits, no runarounds, just real people doing great work with heart. Even during moments where I was uncertain or stressed, Erin’s updates and reassurance brought peace of mind. Every detail was handled efficiently, from the initial claim to the follow-ups and finally retrieving my car, which looks fantastic. What stood out most was their genuine care — it didn’t feel like I was just another number.
