I am satisfied with the level of service received. The team is professional, well-structured, and prompt in both communication and assistance. However, I must raise a concern regarding the vehicle hire component, which was a material consideration in my decision to enter into the agreement. Regrettably, it was not clearly conveyed to me that the hire vehicle would only be made available once my own vehicle is booked into the repair facility. I was under the impression that the hire vehicle would be provided immediately upon sign-up. This has resulted in a period during which I have been left without transport, which is unfortunate. In conclusion, I would recommend using them as your insurance provider.
