I am not a fan of talking business over the phone, I always feel very intimidated by the legal jargon and high words that is rambled off and always scared I miss some important clause that I can later get jammed on. So relieved that I could chat to Rose (the very polite AI) online (and make sure I read correctly) before saying yes to any question! And then Anika (actual person) helped me via email to change over from my previous insurance. Quick, easy, friendly and to the point. No mumbo jumbo.
