I am left Naked literally

I have put in a claim with Naked on 10 June 2023 for a damaged roof and severe leaking in bedroom and ensuite.On 14 June 2023 assessor came out.Emergency repair was promised by Naked but no one arrived as yet.On 15 June 2023 after numerous calls and emails Naked advised that I must repair at my own cost until claim is settled.Today 16 June 2023 I call and email Naked who advise that they have no feedback from the assessor who surveyed damage and they will forward my enquiry to the correct Naked team.In the interim my home is uninhabitable and suffering more home interior and contents damage as we have daily severe storms and winds in Cape Town.Very very disappointing from Naked!!!!!!
