I absolutely love how quick and effecient the claim process has been, and ofcourse getting the insurance in the first place. One thing I wish is that I could have someone to discuss claims and some claim-related queries. But overall I am really happy. As a digital product designer I can appreciate the UI as well, smooth and simple.
