Human error

I found out recently that u cannot insure 1 item in 2 different companies, I had contacted Naked insurance telephonically and informed the consultant of what I had done n therefore needed to cancel with them. The lady was very helpful n advised me on the way forward. My policy was canceled n I received notification of my pending refund. Thank you Naked Insurance for the professional way this was handled n for understanding human error.
