Horrible service and Claim settlement is very disappointing

<div>I have never received such a delayed and non chalant insurance like this one I dealt with +++++ and they respond to emails whenever they feel like it . You get put in a corner when when you want to upgrade something that you have lost at your own pace . This is probably my last claim with them and ever insuring my portables with them . I would not consider this insurance if you do not want convience they tell you to go replace the item when they have not even settled you yet !</div>
