HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

What a nightmare. I was in a car accident on 8 Dec, today is a month later, my car was written of by Naked, they took possession of the car and I still don't have my money to buy another car. It was a horrible experience from the start. The only time I was contacted by them out of their own was to ask if they can collect the car. All the other times i had to phone or email, a totaI of 91 emails between me and Naked from the 8th of December. I requested proof of payment for the money supposedly transfered into my bank account on Tuesday 3 times already today, AND spoke to a consultant after I phoned them. And I am still waiting, if the money was actually transferred how difficult can it be to send through a proof of payment??? I will definitely not be insuring my new car, when I eventually get it, with them. HORRIFIC experience..and to think, I tried to convince all my friends and colleagues to change their insurance company. Luckily they did not listen to me.
