If you want to be ignored when you claim or handle your entire claims process on a broken app, then this is the insurance for you.

I have never worked with a business like this where the agents do everything in their power to avoid helping you.

I made a claim and called road side assistance to tow my car, where I was only called 9 hours later to ask if I still need my car towed. The app did not have the options for my claim, so I emailed them and they did not even want to understand what my issue was, and they ended up ignoring my emails. I called the head office and an agent assured me that he would respond to my emails and help resolve my issue. The agent never emailed me, and I was put on hold indefinitely when I tried to call again.

I had to leave them because I was being ignored and I did not want to keep paying them while I was not being helped. My claim was not resolved at all even though I was insured. They were the cheapest insurance for my car, but it was no use as they did not help at all when I needed them.
