HORRIBLE CLAIM EXPERIENCE.THE WORST

Ever since I submitted my claim for my ****** device,I have had the worst experience.My device was covered for R20 000 but they telling me that they will only be able to give me a R14 799 voucher after deducting the excess fee which is R1800.Since they are saying they will cover the retail value of the device then they must pay me the extra money that I was paying for my premium then but they don’t want to do that. They have lost me as a client.Terrible experience!!!!!! ****
