Horrible and Shocking Service and Experience

I am super unhappy with the service you have given me. Friday last week my husband had a car breakdown and when I contacted you guys you sent a town truck that could not tow a automatic vehicle, your tow truck driver that you sent told us that he cannot do anything he is unable to tow a Mercedes-Benzes. My husband was told over the phone by the tow away agents that he must rather call AA or Mercedes-Benz to come and tow him because they cannot and they will not be able to find another tow vehicle. We ended up pay R1600 with AA to come and tow the vehicle and yet I pay an expensive premium every month to be secured by Naked. Your service is shocking and I want my money back, AA towed me an not you as my insurance. Even now I do not have the vehicle and but my cover does cover for giving me a hired vehicle but no one has even bothered to do a follow up on me knowing very well that I was not towed away by your driver.
