Hopelessly useless Insurance

I have never come across a more useless insurance platform in my life. I receive cryptic messages all the time regarding information that I have already uploaded onto their online platform. I ask them for the specific detail of information required and the response is always the same - "jump onto our online planform and upload the information -!!! It has taken more than 2 months to get a claim approved and still the same response noted above - no progress. These guys claim to be cheep - but they are also useless. I would never recommend anyone use this insurer, unless you are really desperate to save money. My advise: find someone a little more expensive - it will be worth it .
