Honestly some of the best service that I have ever received from anyone! Regomoditswe was so helpful, supportive and friendly. My fitness watch fell of my arm during my 20K run. The bottom side of the watch shattered. I was really sad and wasn’t sure how the claim process would work. I put a claim in on the app on Tuesday morning. Regomoditswe sent an email within a few hours and had someone from device doctor collect the watch the same day. Device doctor sent through the report on Wednesday and I received the final verdict today (Thursday) The claim was approved and I received a TakeAlot voucher to purchase a new Garmin watch. Everything done in less than three full days! Now that is service! Thank you for your excellent service Naked and especially a big thank you to Regomoditswe. I was so stressed out and you helped me so fast. Thanks for the constant updates. I didn’t even have to ask once for anything, because you were already on it.
