I love that everything can get done via the app, or email. No need for calls!! (which I am not a fan of) The app is user friendly. I have been using Naked for just over a year now. I changed my location and they adjusted my premium accordingly. I submitted a windscreen claim and it was complete without any hassle. Great service.
