Hi, I’ve been a Naked Insurance customer for a few years. My interactions with every staff member at Naked has always been very positive. I love how you are assigned 1 person to handle each claim; avoiding the ‘having to retell the story a million times’ situation that can become very frustrating. My most recent experience, a car going in for repairs, resulted in some issues between me and the service provider (their communication wasn’t great). I reached out to Anele from Team Naked; and sure enough the situation was resolved and peace is restored. Thank you Anele (and everyone else at Naked I’ve dealt with in the past). You always leave me feeling that I have support and help when I need it; and makes this insurance grudge payment so much easier!
