Hi I have been using the naked insurance for about 2 years now and it was my first claiming when my partner had a car accident with my car, the process was really easy and quick and everything was digital and they kept me up to date with everything. The whole claim from Approval to Complete Repairs took about a month and they also provided a courtesy car same day as the accident happened.
