Happy outcome, happy customer

I was happy with the service from Naked Insurance, had a bid claim which took almost a month from initiation and investigation to final payment. As much as they have made the process of getting insurance more transparent and easier, I wish they’d also make the claims process more open, at some point I felt like a ******** during the process. The overall feeling from being their customer is pleasant and I would probably do it again. They have definitely changed parts of my view on insurance.
