Honestly speaking, there is no way that I am ever changing Naked insurance. they are so quick and are very communicative which gives me peace of mind. Ive been with them for 5 years of more and probaly made more claims then I can remember but not even once did i struggle with them. I love that they have different payout options which allows you to get something different then what they insured you if you wish. I love how they are so compassionate, patient. I feel safe talking to them…sounds crazy right? lol. recently, Danielle was the one helping me with my claim, and all I can say is s/he is such a gem, really felt like i am speaking to a friend.
