I had a very good claims experience with Naked Insurance. My geyser burst and they allowed me to use my own plumber and then approved my reimbur*****t claim quickly. I do have the geyser booster cover, so that was good! My claims consultant, Nokuthula, was responsive and helpful! All in all, I'd recommend Naked Insurance to others.
