I received timeous help from Naked regarding a claim stemming from water damage to my bedroom cupboards. They arranged for a plumber to come and inspect the site for a leak and even though the repair for the leak was not covered, they did fairly compensate me for the resultant damage to the cupboards. I am also extremely satisfied with the assistance/helpfulness of the consultants, each time I have had to contact Naked either via email or telephonically. Dealing with Lisa-Marie was easy and efficient.
