Happily unhappy

Naked is the best in the industry but I've struggling with a claim since December. My device I need for work purposes and also communication during the evening as I'm alone with my kids. It's 2 weeks I got my own damage report done and paid for it then I needed a quote again I left my device 3 days at a repair place for them to also check it out and help me get the quote. Duncan explained to me the process there after but now it being told Platinum repairs will get in touch after they advised nothing is wrong after booking it in for checks and it came back even worst. I'm being thrown around and have to email or call constantly on clarification. Meanwhile I do as said and was fine on paying for everything but who will replace my hours lost at work for running around also hours of being productive lost.
