Okay so out of all the bad reviews that i have given naked i must also in the same breathe give credit where credit is due. Even though i am a particular to detail client which some may call difficult naked has gone the extra mile to solve all my issues and problems during this claim process. even though it was a long process and i gave them a piece of my mind they remained professional even with a difficult client like me who doesnt take nonssense. so i must award naked good follow up claims service to JOSH and Jermaine and Mr.Pather for their patience and professinalism during this process. I am still awaiting my towbar and another part of my car that needs to be rectified but they are working on it and must give them the benefit of the doubt. Thank you Josh for your professional attitude.
