Great service so far

I was a little worried about changing from my previous insurer as I had never heard of Naked insurance. They were a lot cheaper than my previous insurer and quite a bit cheaper than all other quotes. I see they backed by Hollard so that made me a little me comfortable and thought oh well let's try and see what happens. Downloaded their app and app**** right on the app without even having to speak to anyone. Took a simple video of the vehicle and answered all the questions and there you go I was insured. Recently a stone hit my windshield and left a crack. This was the moment of truth to see if Naked insurance was legit or not and willing to solve my problem. On the app there was the option to make a claim. Very quick and simple procedure on the app which for me is so much better than trying to explain what happened to an actual insurance agent. A few hours later somebody called me just to get some info and tell me the glass repair company would contact me to arrange a time and place to replace the windscreen. Next day got the call to arrange the appointment. Just had to pay a small excess fee of about R240 and there within 3 days I got a new windscreen. So far I'm very happy with the service and they are very cheap compared to other insurances.
